Description: Podatkovni niz prikazuje kopalne vode po Uredbi o upravljanju kakovosti kopalnih voda (Uradni list RS, št. 25/08). Kopalne vode so določene na podlagi kriterijev iz Pravilnika o podrobnejših kriterijih za ugotavljanje kopalnih voda (Uradni list RS, št. 39/08). Z navedenima predpisoma je v slovenski pravni red prenesena Direktiva Evropskega parlamenta in Sveta 2006/7/ES z dne 15. februarja 2006 o upravljanju kakovosti kopalnih voda in razveljavitvi Direktive 76/160/EGS. Skladno z obveznostmi iz direktive uredba določa seznam kopalnih voda, za te kopalne vode pa je določena tudi obveznost izvajanja monitoringa kakovosti kopalnih voda. Nadalje je določena obveznost ukrepanja v primerih, ko pride do občasnega poslabšanja kakovosti kopalne vode, oziroma kadar je voda slabe kakovosti. Kopalne vode so imenoma določene v prilogi uredbe, skupaj z navedbo šifre in imena vodnega telesa površinske vode, na katerem se nahajajo.
